Tim Hortons Hot Drinks Menu in Canada
Hot drinks are what Tim Hortons was built on, and the menu runs longer than most people think. It starts with a small Original Blend at $1.59 to $1.65 and goes through Dark Roast, Decaf, lattes, cappuccinos, French Vanilla, hot chocolate and steeped tea, most of them in four sizes. This page lists the full hot drinks lineup for Canada with the price range for every size and the official calorie count beside it.
Prices are shown as ranges on purpose. Tim Hortons does not charge one national price: what you pay depends on the restaurant and the price cluster it sits in, so a medium coffee costs a bit more in one city than in another. The ranges below are the ones checked for our homepage on October 27, 2026. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Where that guide does not list a drink, this page says so instead of guessing.
Ordering has its own language in Canada. A Double Double is a coffee with two creams and two sugars, a Regular is one and one, and a Take Twelve is the box of twelve cups you carry back to the office or the rink. Seasonal drinks rotate through the year as well: the current limited run at Timmies is the Harry Potter menu, and this page covers the year round hot drinks that stay on the board.

Brewed Coffee
The three brewed coffees share one price at most stores. Original Blend is the house roast, Dark Roast is the bolder cup, and Decaf is the same style of drink without the caffeine kick. Poured black, all three sit at 3 to 5 calories at any size, which makes brewed coffee the lightest drink on the hot board.

Feeding a crew? The Take Twelve packs twelve cups of brewed coffee into one carry box for about $19.99 to $23.99, in Original Blend, Dark Roast or Decaf. Size also changes the value: a small works out to roughly $0.54 per 100 mL, while a large drops to about $0.35 to $0.39 per 100 mL, so the bigger cup is the cheaper way to drink the same coffee.
Espresso Drinks
Lattes and cappuccinos are built on espresso with steamed milk, and they come in Small, Medium and Large. The plain versions are lighter than most people expect, because most of the cup is milk rather than syrup.
| Drink | Small | Medium | Large |

The flavoured versions cost a bit more. A Vanilla Latte or a Mocha Latte runs $3.39 to $3.49 for a Small, $3.89 to $3.99 for a Medium and $4.39 to $4.49 for a Large. An Americano is $2.29, $2.79 or $3.29 by size, and an espresso is $1.49 for a single shot or $1.99 for a double. One honest gap: the official Canadian nutrition guide does not list the Americano, the Vanilla Latte, the Mocha Latte or a straight espresso shot, so this page prints no calorie count for them. Other sites fill that gap with numbers of their own; we leave it blank. The guide does list a Protein Latte, at 110 calories for a Small, 170 for a Medium and 230 for a Large.
Tea
Steeped Tea is the Canadian habit in this section: it is brewed in the pot like coffee, so it pours ready to drink with no bag to fish out. Specialty teas are the bagged ones. Plain, both sit at 0 calories in the official guide, and they share one price ladder: $1.79 to $1.89 for a Small, $1.99 for a Medium, $2.29 to $2.49 for a Large and $2.59 to $2.69 for an Extra Large. The 0 calories hold only while the tea stays plain; milk and sugar add their own counts, covered in the next section.
Two tea lattes sit above the plain teas. The London Fog, an Earl Grey tea latte with vanilla and steamed milk, is $3.29 for a Small, $3.79 for a Medium and $4.29 for a Large, at 110, 160 and 240 calories. The Chai Latte is spiced and sweeter, at 150 calories for a Small, 230 for a Medium and 310 for a Large in the official guide.

Other Items
French Vanilla is the sweet drink most Canadians know by name. It is a powder based drink, not a brewed coffee and not an espresso drink, it does carry caffeine, and an Extra Large at 570 calories is the top of the standard hot drinks board. A Medium carries 39 grams of sugar on the official guide.
| Drink | Small | Medium | Large | Extra Large |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| French Vanilla | $2.49 to $2.69, 260 cal | $2.79 to $2.99, 330 cal | $2.99 to $3.29, 430 cal | $3.29 to $3.59, 570 cal |
The Cafe Mocha, listed as Coffee Mocha in the official guide, is the lightest of the sweet drinks at 90 calories for a Small, 110 for a Medium, 150 for a Large and 200 for an Extra Large. We have not verified one in store price range for it, so this page lists its calories only. Matcha lattes have also reached many Canadian stores at about $4.19 and up in the Toronto area, and the official guide lists no matcha drink, so no calorie count is printed for it here.

Make it yours: cream, sugar and the Double Double
Cream and sugar cost nothing extra at most stores, so a Double Double costs the same as a black coffee of the same size. The calories are where it changes. Built from the official guide’s own cream and sugar rows, a Double Double works out to 143 calories for a Small, 194 for a Medium, 255 for a Large and 305 for an Extra Large, and a Medium carries about 20 grams of sugar. A Regular, with one cream and one sugar, is the lighter habit at 70, 100, 120 and 150 calories by size, and a Triple Triple is simply three creams and three sugars. Swapping cream for 2% milk drops the addition to 15 to 40 calories by size, and a flavoured syrup adds about 25 to 30 calories a serving.
