One item on its own tells you very little. What counts is the whole order: the drink, the sandwich, and the hash brown you add at the window. This Tim Hortons nutrition calculator lets you build that full order first and see the total calories and nutrition before you order.
Every number in the tool comes from one source, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. It covers 346 menu items, and the totals add up calories, fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, fibre, sugar and protein for the meal as a whole.
Use it to check your regular order, to compare two builds of the same meal, or to see what one swap does to your day.

Meal totals
Values from the Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide (Canadian Edition, July 2026). Totals are estimates for standard recipes; customizations change the numbers.
How to use the Tim Hortons Nutrition Calculator
- Pick an item from the list. Items sit in the same groups the guide uses: drinks, breakfast, lunch, baked goods, donuts and Timbits.
- Choose the size where one applies. A medium is not a large, and the totals know the difference.
- Add the item to your meal. Keep adding until the order reads the way you would say it at the window: one medium coffee, a sausage English muffin, a hash brown.
- Read the totals bar. It adds up all ten nutrients for the full meal.
- Change one thing and watch the total move. Drop a size, swap the drink, or take the coffee plain, then compare the two builds.
What a real Tim Hortons meal adds up to
Most calorie calculator pages never show a finished meal. Here are three orders Canadians actually place, totalled from the guide’s own rows.
A classic breakfast
| Item | Calories | Fat (g) | Sodium (mg) | Carbs (g) | Sugar (g) | Protein (g) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Original Blend Coffee, medium | 4 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Sausage English Muffin | 450 | 29 | 680 | 28 | 3 | 19 |
| Hash Brown | 120 | 6 | 220 | 15 | 1 | 1 |
| Meal total | 574 | 35 | 900 | 43 | 4 | 20 |
The sandwich does nearly all of the work: 450 of the 574 calories and 680 of the 900 mg of sodium. The coffee, taken plain, adds just 4.
Lunch: a loaded wrap and an Iced Capp
| Item | Calories | Fat (g) | Sodium (mg) | Carbs (g) | Sugar (g) | Protein (g) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Wrap | 590 | 28 | 1,060 | 56 | 5 | 29 |
| Original Iced Capp, medium | 330 | 16 | 105 | 45 | 42 | 3 |
| Meal total | 920 | 44 | 1,165 | 101 | 47 | 32 |
Two things stand out. The sodium, 1,165 mg, is just over half the Canadian daily value of 2,300 mg. And the drink brings 42 of the meal’s 47 grams of sugar.
A light snack: steeped tea and a donut
| Item | Calories | Fat (g) | Sodium (mg) | Carbs (g) | Sugar (g) | Protein (g) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Steeped Tea | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Honey Dip Donut | 250 | 7 | 190 | 41 | 21 | 4 |
| Meal total | 250 | 7 | 190 | 41 | 21 | 4 |
The tea is a true zero in the guide. The whole snack is the donut.
The Double Double question, settled
Search this question online and you will get three different answers for a medium double double: about 100 calories on one site, 200 on another, about 230 on a third. The official guide settles it in a roundabout way. It prints no double double row at all. What it prints is the coffee and the additions as separate rows, so the honest answer comes from building it:
- Original Blend Coffee, medium: 4 calories
- Cream for Coffee, two medium additions at 60 calories each: 120 calories
- Sugar for Coffee and Tea, two medium additions at 35 calories each: 70 calories
Total: 194 calories, with 12 g of fat, 22 g of carbs, 20 g of sugar, 2 g of protein and 60 mg of sodium. That figure is the guide’s own math, not a guess. Put that coffee into the classic breakfast above and the meal climbs from 574 to 764 calories.
Why your total moves
Size. The Original Iced Capp runs 260 calories for a small, 330 for a medium and 430 for a large in the guide. One step up the size ladder can add 100 calories to a single drink.
Additions. Cream and sugar sit in the guide as their own rows, and they add up fast. A medium cream addition is 60 calories and a medium sugar addition is 35, so two of each turn a 4-calorie coffee into a 194-calorie one.
The build of the item. The Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Wrap, made with grilled chicken, is 590 calories. The same wrap made with crispy chicken is 690. Same name on the menu board, 100 calories apart in the guide.
The drink choice. Plain drinks keep a meal low: steeped tea is 0 calories and a plain medium coffee is 4. Frozen and flavoured drinks carry the sugar instead. A medium Iced Capp alone holds 42 g of it.
A quick note on daily values
Canadian nutrition labels set daily values against a 2,000-calorie day. The ones that matter most at a Tim Hortons counter are sodium, with a daily value of 2,300 mg, fat at 75 g, saturated fat at 20 g, carbs at 275 g and fibre at 28 g. Sodium is the one to watch: the lunch above passes half its daily value before the day is half over. Protein has no percent daily value on a Canadian label, so the calculator shows it in grams only.
