Tim Hortons Lunch Menu in Canada

Tim Hortons lunch menu

Lunch is where Timmies stops being just a coffee stop. The official guide lists 38 lunch and dinner items for Canada: deli sandwiches and Craveables, two grilled cheese melts, chicken wraps, loaded wraps and loaded bowls in Cilantro Lime and Habanero, flatbread pizzas, six soups and a chili, plus potato wedges and a soup bun on the side. This page lists the full Tim Hortons lunch menu with a price range wherever one could be checked and the official calorie count beside it. The loaded wraps and bowls are the newest part of the board, on the menu since 2022, and they sit beside deli sandwiches that have been a Timmies fixture since the 1990s.

There is no separate dinner menu. The lunch board comes on at about 11 AM at most stores and the same menu runs to close, so a 1 PM order and an 8 PM order read the same. Prices are shown as ranges on purpose, because Tim Hortons does not charge one national price. The ranges below were cross-checked for this page on October 28, 2026, and the sources sit in the research file behind it. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Where that guide does not list an item, this page says so instead of guessing. The morning board has its own page, our breakfast menu.

Flatbread pizzas

Tim Hortons bakes three flatbread pizzas in the current guide, and they are the heavy end of lunch. The Chicken Parmesan is the biggest single item on this page at 760 calories and 48 grams of protein, and the Pepperoni carries 1,910 mg of sodium, nearly the Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt’s figure.

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The guide prints rows for three flatbread pizzas only. The Bacon Everything build has no row in that guide, so its card publishes no figures.

ItemPriceCalories
Simply Cheese Flatbread Pizza$6.99630 cal
Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza$7.99750 cal
Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza$7.99760 cal

Competitor pages list more pizzas than this, including a 3 Meat Hat-Trick and a Bacon Everything build. The July 2026 guide prints rows for the three above only, so those are the three this page prices and counts; the Bacon Everything card carries no figures because the guide has no row for it.

Wraps

Four chicken wraps sit below the loaded line. Two are grilled chicken builds and two are their crispy versions, and the crispy coating costs the same on both: 110 extra calories, on the Classic and on the Chicken Bacon Ranch alike. The Classic Chicken Wrap at 380 calories is the lightest sandwich or wrap on this page.

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Loaded wrap names follow the guide, which prints no with Cheese suffix. The Chipotle Steak and BBQ Crispy Chicken loaded wraps carry prices confirmed by Tim Hortons in October 2026 and no guide calories, so their cards print prices only. The Craveable, pesto and sous vide wraps have no rows in that guide, so their cards publish no figures.

ItemPriceCalories
Classic Chicken Wrap$6.49380 cal
Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap$6.99420 cal
Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap$7.29 to $8.39530 cal
Classic Crispy Chicken WrapNot verified490 cal

No source prices the Classic Crispy build apart from the Classic name, so it runs on its guide calories until an in store check can price it. The ranch builds carry the protein of the section: the grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch has 27 grams, the most of the four wraps. The next two sections are where most of the lunch money goes.

Loaded wraps

A loaded wrap folds grains, lettuce, tomato and cucumber into a tortilla with one of two sauces, Cilantro Lime or Habanero, and your choice of slow cooked chicken, crispy chicken or a veggie build. The ordering app adds “with Cheese” to these names; the guide prints the same builds without it, and the guide names are the ones used here.

ItemPriceCalories
Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Wrap$7.79 to $8.79590 cal
Habanero Chicken Loaded Wrap$7.79 to $8.79560 cal
Cilantro Lime Veggie Loaded Wrap$6.79 to $7.79570 cal

Cilantro Lime Crispy Chicken Loaded WrapNot verified690 cal
Habanero Crispy Chicken Loaded WrapNot verified660 cal
Chipotle Steak Loaded Wrap$8.79No official figure
BBQ Crispy Chicken Loaded Wrap$8.79No official figure

Two rows need a plain note. The Chipotle Steak and BBQ Crispy Chicken builds are on store menus now, and Tim Hortons announced the steak wrap’s return in October 2026 as a limited time item, but the July 2026 guide prints no row for either build, so this page prints their cross-checked prices and no calorie count. Other sites print calorie figures for them; none comes from the guide. The crispy chicken loaded wraps run the other way: their guide calories are solid, but the sources price them too far apart to print a band.

Sandwiches, melts and Craveables

The sandwich board is the deli side of lunch: turkey, ham, BLT and steak builds, two chicken sandwiches, and the smaller Craveables at the value end. The Turkey Bacon Club is the classic of the section. The Supreme Stack is the biggest sandwich on the page at 620 calories, and the two Craveables are the cheapest full sandwiches at Tim Hortons, $4.99 each.

The Garden Vegetable, Turkey Avocado Club, Turkey Melt and Tuscan Caprese builds have no rows in that guide, so their cards publish no figures.

Steak Craveable$4.99450 cal
Crispy Chicken Craveable$4.99470 cal

One name you will not find in that table: older menus and some other sites still list a Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich, but the July 2026 guide prints no row for it. The beef sandwich in the current guide is the Steak & Cheddar, at 560 calories and 30 grams of protein.

Melts

The melts are the hot, toasted end of the sandwich board, and they carry the most sodium on this page. The plain Grilled Cheese Melt sits at 1,550 mg, and adding bacon takes the Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt to 1,920 mg, close to a full day’s worth on Health Canada’s 2,300 mg daily value. They are a sometimes lunch, and the guide figures say why.

Loaded bowls

A loaded bowl is the same filling as the wrap, served on grains in a bowl instead of a tortilla. The chicken bowls are the protein picks of the section at 34 grams each, and the crispy chicken bowls are the heaviest bowls in the guide.

The two price only rows follow the same rule as in the wraps section: sold in Canadian stores, prices cross-checked, no row in the July 2026 guide, so no calorie figure. Wrap or bowl for the same build is a real choice, and the Make it yours section below does that math from the guide.

Soups, chili and sides

Six soups and a chili make up the hot bowl side of lunch. Stores pour a soup of the day rather than all six at once, so the flavour on the board changes by day and by restaurant. The price is one line for whichever soup is on: the same band covers all six, in both sizes the guide lists.

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. All six soups share one price line, and the soup cards switch between a Regular and a Large pour. The Craveables Meal Bundle and Garlic Bread have no rows in that guide, so their cards publish no figures.

ItemRegularLarge
Chicken Noodle Soup$4.49 to $4.99, 140 cal$5.99 to $6.49, 190 cal

Chili$5.99, 310 cal$7.19 to $7.29, 430 cal

Chili is priced apart from the soups, and it earns it: a Regular carries 19 grams of protein and a Large 27 grams, more than any soup on the board. At the light end, the Garden Minestrone is the only soup in the guide with 0 mg of cholesterol, and the Potato Bacon is the richest soup at 220 calories for a Regular before you size up.

Sides

Two sides sit in the guide under lunch. The wedges are made with Canadian potatoes, a point Tim Hortons makes on its own store pages, and they are the cheapest item on this page. The Soup Bun is the roll that comes with a bowl of soup or chili; no source prices it on its own, so it runs on calories only. Many stores also sell garlic bread beside the soups, but the current guide prints no row for it, so no figure is given for it here. Tim Hortons’ own store pages pair the two sides of this section in one line, saying the chili goes great with the potato wedges, and a Regular chili with wedges on the side is the classic cold weather order at the counter.

Make it yours: crispy costs, bowls save, sodium adds up

Three patterns in the guide are worth knowing before you order. First, crispy costs. Moving from grilled to crispy chicken adds 110 calories on the classic wraps, 100 on the loaded wraps and 160 on the loaded bowls, for the same sauces and the same fillings. Second, the bowl is not always the heavier choice. For the slow cooked chicken builds, the bowl reads 30 to 40 calories under the wrap, because the tortilla goes and the grain base is measured; for the crispy builds, the bowl reads 20 to 30 calories over. Third, sodium is the quiet number at lunch. The melts and the Pepperoni pizza sit between 1,550 and 1,920 mg against a 2,300 mg daily value, while a Regular Chicken Noodle Soup is 710 mg and a Regular Garden Minestrone is 590 mg.

The lightest full lunch on this page is a Regular Garden Minestrone with Potato Wedges on the side: 270 calories for the pair. The heaviest is the Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza at 760, before any drink. A fair way to plan lunch money: a sandwich or a wrap plus a medium coffee lands near $10 to $13 before tax in most cities.

FAQs

Yes. The official Canadian guide lists six soups: Chicken Noodle, Cream of Broccoli, Garden Minestrone, Tomato Parmesan, Potato Bacon and Clam Chowder, plus a Chili that is priced apart. Stores pour a soup of the day, so one or two flavours are on at a time rather than all six.

Two, Regular and Large, for every soup and for the chili. A Regular Chicken Noodle is 140 calories and a Large is 190. The richest soup, Potato Bacon, runs 220 calories for a Regular and 310 for a Large.

A Regular soup runs $4.49 to $4.99 and a Large $5.99 to $6.49 at the stores checked for this page. Chili is priced apart at $5.99 for a Regular and $7.19 to $7.29 for a Large. Prices vary by restaurant.

The Garden Minestrone is the meat free build in the guide, at 100 calories for a Regular and 0 mg of cholesterol, and the Cream of Broccoli is the other light soup at 100 calories. Tim Hortons does not label any soup vegetarian or vegan, so check the official allergen guide before ordering if that matters to you.

Yes. Soup and chili are on the lunch board from about 11 AM to close and can be ordered at the counter, at the drive thru or in the app, and the lunch menu is carried on the delivery apps. Delivery menus price the same items higher than in store.

At most stores, that is when the lunch menu comes on in full: sandwiches, wraps, loaded bowls, pizzas, soups and chili join the board. The lunch menu then runs beside breakfast until close, and there is no separate dinner service later in the day.

The July 2026 Nutrition Guide does not label any of its six soups gluten free, and Tim Hortons does not publish a gluten free soup for Canada. If gluten is a concern, check the official Tim Hortons allergen guide for the current recipes before ordering.

Stores pour a soup of the day rather than all six soups at once, and the pick rotates by day and by restaurant, so what is on changes through the year. The six soups in the guide are Chicken Noodle, Cream of Broccoli, Garden Minestrone, Tomato Parmesan, Potato Bacon and Clam Chowder, with chili beside them.

Every soup figure on this page comes from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Our nutrition facts page prints the same guide figures for all 346 items, and the nutrition calculator adds a full order up from them.

Wedges, not fries. Tim Hortons Canada does not sell french fries; the potato side on the lunch board is the potato wedges, made with Canadian potatoes, at $2.79 to $2.99 and 170 calories in the official guide. The chili and wedges pairing is the classic order: Tim Hortons’ own store pages say the chili goes great with the potato wedges.
