The bakery case is the oldest part of Tim Hortons, and it is still the board most people order from without thinking. This page covers the whole case: the donuts and Timbits first, then the bagels and the spreads that go on them, the muffins, the cookies and the brownie, the croissants, the tea biscuits and the savoury pastry. The official guide lists 36 donuts, 15 Timbit flavours and 32 more items across those groups for Canada, and every one of them is below with a price wherever one could be checked and the official calorie count beside it.
Prices are shown as ranges on purpose. Tim Hortons does not charge one national price, so what you pay depends on the restaurant. The ranges below were cross-checked for this page on October 28, 2026, and the sources sit in the research files behind it. The donut case works a little differently from the drinks board: the standard case is priced at one level, so almost every donut shares a single band of $1.59 to $1.99, and a single Timbit runs $0.35 to $0.49. Boxes are where the donut prices split. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Where that guide does not list an item, this page says so instead of guessing, and where a price could not be checked across two sources, the item runs on its calories alone.
Most of this case is ordered with a coffee, and the full drink list sits on our hot drinks page. The pattern to know before you start: the plain bakes are lighter than their reputation, the muffins are heavier than most people expect, and what you spread on a bagel can matter as much as the bagel itself.

Donuts
Two products carry the bakery case: full sized donuts and Timbits, the bite sized donut holes that have been on the menu since 1976. The official guide lists 36 donuts for Canada, and the cards below run in the order the case is usually read: the boxes first, then the singles. Premium lines like the Dream Donuts and the seasonal builds sit above the standard band and rotate through the year; the current guide prints no rows for them, so they carry no figures on this page.
Donut Box12 Assorted Donuts
A dozen donuts filled from the case; about $1.21 a donut against the standard single band.
Donut Box6 Assorted Donuts
Six donuts filled from the case; about $1.33 a donut against the standard single band.
DonutApple Fritter
Apple pieces worked through the dough. At 6 grams of protein it carries the most protein of any donut in the guide.
DonutBoston Cream Donut
Vanilla custard inside and chocolate fondant on top. It is the top seller in most stores, and lighter than most unfilled donuts.
DonutCanadian Maple Donut
One of three maple builds in the case, all between 250 and 260 calories.
DonutChocolate Cruller Donut
A twisted egg batter donut. At 360 calories it ties as the heaviest donut in the guide, and the crullers carry the lowest sodium in the case at 120 mg each.
DonutChocolate Dip Donut
A yeast ring with a chocolate fondant dip. The classic dips land at 220 calories, the light end of the whole case.
DonutChocolate Éclair Donut
The long filled bar in chocolate, one of the two éclairs in the guide.
DonutChocolate Glazed Donut
A chocolate cake donut under a sweet glaze, the centre of the chocolate shelf.
DonutChocolate Toasted Coconut Donut
Chocolate with toasted coconut. At 360 calories it ties the crullers as the heaviest donut Tim Hortons sells.
DonutDouble Chocolate Donut
The double chocolate cake donut, in the middle of the chocolate shelf.
DonutHoney Cruller Donut
The twisted honey build on an egg batter, so it eats light and crisp at the edges.
DonutHoney Dip Donut
A light yeast ring with a honey fondant dip over the top.
DonutMaple Dip Donut

DonutOld Fashioned Plain Donut
The plain cake donut, built from a batter with the cracked top that holds glaze in the ridges.
DonutSour Cream Glazed Donut
The glazed sour cream cake donut. At 340 calories it is the heaviest cake donut in the guide.
DonutStrawberry Filled Donut
The strawberry filled donut, level with the Boston Cream at 240 calories.
DonutSugar Loop Donut
A sugar coated ring that skips the fondant. At 200 calories it is the lightest donut Tim Hortons sells.
DonutToasted Coconut Donut
The toasted coconut donut. At 360 calories it ties as the heaviest donut in the guide.
DonutVanilla Dip Donut
A yeast ring with a vanilla fondant dip over the top.
Standard donuts share one price band, $1.59 to $1.99, checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. The official guide prints no rows for donut boxes, so the two box cards print no calorie figure. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.
Classic rings and dips
The rings are the yeast donuts most people picture first: a light ring with a fondant dip over the top. The dip carries the flavour, and three of the dips land at 220 calories, the light end of the whole case. The Sugar Loop skips the fondant for a sugar coating and is the lightest donut Tim Hortons sells, at 200 calories.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Chocolate Dip Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 220 cal |
| Maple Dip Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 220 cal |

| Honey Dip Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 250 cal |
| Sugar Loop Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 200 cal |
Old fashioned and sour cream cake donuts
Cake donuts are the dense half of the case, built from a batter rather than a yeast dough, with the cracked top that holds glaze in the ridges. The old fashioned line runs five finishes deep, from plain at 280 calories to glazed at 330. The sour cream line eats richer still, and the Sour Cream Glazed at 340 is the heaviest cake donut in the guide.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Old Fashioned Plain Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 280 cal |
| Old Fashioned Dip Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 310 cal |

| Sour Cream Glazed Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 340 cal |
| Sour Cream Sugar Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 300 cal |
Crullers and the Apple Fritter
Crullers are the twisted donuts, built on an egg batter rather than a yeast dough, so they eat light and crisp at the edges even though the honey and maple builds reach 360 calories. All three crullers also carry the lowest sodium in the case, at 120 milligrams each. The Apple Fritter is the pastry of the group: apple pieces worked through the dough, at 330 calories and 6 grams of protein, the most protein of any donut in the guide.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Honey Cruller Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 320 cal |
| Chocolate Cruller Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 360 cal |
| Maple Cruller Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 360 cal |
| Apple Fritter | $1.59 to $1.99 | 330 cal |
Chocolate and coconut donuts
The chocolate shelf of the case runs from the Chocolate Snow at 290 calories up to the coconut pair at 360, which tie the crullers as the heaviest donuts Tim Hortons sells. The Chocolate Glazed is the shelf’s centre: a chocolate cake donut under a sweet glaze, at 330 calories.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Chocolate Glazed Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 330 cal |
| Double Chocolate Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 310 cal |

| Chocolate Toasted Coconut Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 360 cal |
| Toasted Coconut Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 360 cal |
Maple donuts
Maple gets three builds of its own, and all three sit in the middle of the calorie table, between 250 and 260. For a chain that runs on Canadian maple, the surprise is that the maple shelf is one of the lighter places in the case.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Canadian Maple Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 250 cal |
| Maple Glazed Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 260 cal |
| Maple Swirl Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 250 cal |
Filled donuts and éclairs
The Boston Cream leads this section and most of the case with it: vanilla custard inside, chocolate fondant on top, and 240 calories, lighter than most unfilled donuts. It is the top seller in most stores. The éclairs are the long filled bars, in chocolate and maple, and the Powdered Venetian Cream at 220 is the lightest filled donut on the page.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Boston Cream Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 240 cal |
| Long John Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 240 cal |
| Strawberry Filled Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 240 cal |

| Maple Éclair Donut | $1.59 to $1.99 | 310 cal |
Timbits
Timbits are the donut holes, sold one at a time or by the box, and 2026 marks fifty years since they joined the menu in 1976. The flavours mirror the donut case: cake style pieces like the old fashioned and sour cream lines, and lighter glazed pieces like the Honey Dip, which at 50 calories ties for the lightest Timbit in the guide. One piece runs 50 to 90 calories depending on the flavour. In Quebec the same product answers to trous de beigne on the street, though the board still says Timbits.
Filled Timbits rotate through stores alongside the standard flavours, in builds like blueberry cheesecake and crème brûlée. They can cost a bit more than a standard piece, and the official guide prints no rows for them, so this page lists no calories for the filled line. The 15 flavours below are the full list the guide does print.
Timbit Pack10 Assorted Timbits
Ten Timbits in a box; about 40 cents a piece, against up to $0.49 for a single piece.

The box that shows up at hockey rinks, job sites and school staff rooms; about 24 cents a piece, the best per piece price in the store.

The birthday cake flavour, one of the 15 Timbit flavours in the official guide.
TimbitChocolate Glazed Timbit
The chocolate glazed piece, at 80 calories.

TimbitOld Fashioned Plain Timbit
The plain cake style piece, at 60 calories.
TimbitSour Cream Glazed Timbit
The glazed sour cream piece. At 90 calories it ties for the heaviest Timbit in the guide.
One Timbit runs $0.35 to $0.49, checked on October 28, 2026, and prices vary by restaurant. The pack calorie spans follow the flavour mix in the box; they are arithmetic on the guide per piece figures, not guide rows. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.

| Toasted Coconut Timbit | $0.35 to $0.49 | 90 cal |
Boxes and packs
Boxes are where the per piece price falls, for both halves of the case. The guide prints no rows for any box, so the donut boxes carry no calorie figure here, and the Timbit pack totals are given as spans that follow the mix, from an all light box to an all heavy one.
| Donut boxes | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| 6 Assorted Donuts | $7.79 to $7.99 | Not listed |
| 12 Assorted Donuts | $13.99 to $14.49 | Not listed |
| Timbits | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| One Timbit | $0.35 to $0.49 | 50 to 90 by flavour |
| 10 Assorted Timbits | $3.99 to $4.19 | By flavour mix, 500 to 900 |
| 20 Assorted Timbits | About $6.39 | By flavour mix, 1,000 to 1,800 |
| 50 Assorted Timbits | $11.99 to $12.99 | By flavour mix, 2,500 to 4,500 |
Seasonal packs come and go around the standard boxes: a summer bucket of 30 Timbits shows up in the warm months at about $10.99, and holiday trays appear in December. Delivery apps price the same boxes higher again, and the top of the 10 pack band above is the figure Toronto delivery lists show, so the box always costs less at the counter or on a pickup order.
Bagels
Tim Hortons sells two tiers of bagel. The five classic bagels (Plain, Everything, Sesame Seed, 12-Grain and Cinnamon Raisin) share one price at every source checked for this page, and the three specialty bagels with cheese or a protein dough cost more. The calories sit in a narrow band, 280 to 330, so the choice is about flavour and what goes on top, not about finding a light one. The Jalapeno Asiago Mozzarella is the saltiest bagel in the guide at 710 mg of sodium. The Protein Bagel is the outlier of the group: the lowest calories of any bagel here and 20 grams of protein, close to double the others.
BagelPlain Bagel
The plain classic bagel, one of the five classics that share one price.
BagelEverything Bagel
Topped with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, garlic and salt.
BagelSesame Seed Bagel
The classic bagel with a sesame seed top.
Bagel12-Grain Bagel
The grain topped classic bagel.
BagelCinnamon Raisin Bagel
The sweet classic, with cinnamon and raisins in the dough.
BagelFour Cheese Bagel
A specialty bagel with cheese baked on top, at the top of the bagel calorie range.
BagelJalapeno Asiago Mozzarella Bagel
Peppers with a blend of asiago and mozzarella baked on top; at 710 mg of sodium it is the saltiest bagel in the guide.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Plain Bagel | $2.19 to $2.29 | 290 cal |
| Everything Bagel | $2.19 to $2.29 | 290 cal |
| Sesame Seed Bagel | $2.19 to $2.29 | 310 cal |
| 12-Grain Bagel | $2.19 to $2.29 | 320 cal |
| Cinnamon Raisin Bagel | $2.19 to $2.29 | 290 cal |
| Four Cheese Bagel | $2.79 to $2.99 | 330 cal |
| Jalapeno Asiago Mozzarella Bagel | $2.79 to $2.99 | 320 cal |
| Protein Bagel | $2.99 | 280 cal |
Bagels are toasted to order, and the spreads are priced as an add on at the till rather than as their own menu lines, which is why the toppings table further down this page runs on calories only. For a group, six assorted bagels run $10.49 at the sources checked, against about $13.14 to $13.74 for six singles at classic prices. The same bagels filled with egg, bacon, lettuce and tomato live on the breakfast page, where the Bagel BELT and the bagel breakfast sandwiches sit with their own guide calories.
Muffins
The muffins are the heavy end of this case. Every flavour in the guide runs between 340 and 420 calories, which puts a single muffin level with a full breakfast sandwich. The Chocolate Chip is the heaviest item on this page at 420 calories and 36 grams of sugar. The Banana Pecan is the lightest muffin in the guide at 340 calories, and it carries 9 grams of fibre, the most of anything on this page. It also carries 790 mg of sodium, the highest sodium figure here, which surprises most people who order it as the healthy pick. The Raisin Bran is the other fibre pick at 5 grams.
MuffinChocolate Chip Muffin
The heaviest item on the baked goods page, with 36 grams of sugar.
MuffinFruit Explosion Muffin
The fruit filled muffin, priced a step above the standard flavours.
MuffinWild Blueberry Muffin
The blueberry muffin, a standard case flavour.
MuffinRaisin Bran Muffin
The other fibre pick in the case, with 5 grams of fibre.
MuffinCarrot Cake Walnut Muffin
The carrot cake muffin with walnut, under its official guide name.
MuffinBanana Pecan Muffin
The lightest muffin in the guide, with 9 grams of fibre, the most of anything on this page.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Chocolate Chip Muffin | $2.29 to $2.39 | 420 cal |
| Fruit Explosion Muffin | $2.59 to $2.69 | 360 cal |
| Wild Blueberry Muffin | $2.29 to $2.39 | 380 cal |
| Raisin Bran Muffin | $2.29 to $2.39 | 380 cal |
| Carrot Cake Walnut Muffin | $2.59 | 360 cal |
| Banana Pecan Muffin | $2.29 to $2.39 | 340 cal |
Two naming notes keep this table honest. The guide lists the banana muffin as the Banana Pecan Muffin, while store menus and most other sites sell the same 340 calorie muffin as the Whole Grain Pecan Banana Bread Muffin. The carrot muffin is the Carrot Cake Walnut Muffin in the guide and the Carrot Cake with Walnut Muffin on most menus. The figures are the guide’s either way. Six assorted muffins run $10.49 to $10.99 at the sources checked. Seasonal flavours such as Pumpkin Spice rotate through the case in the fall, but the current guide prints no row for them, so they are not listed here.
Cookies and brownies
The cookie case runs on two price points. The classic cookies sit under two dollars, and the Dream Cookie line, built with candy pieces baked in, costs more. The guide lists one Dream Cookie, the Reese’s Minis, at 350 calories and 31 grams of sugar. Other sites list more Dream flavours and a Chocolate Chunk Brookie, but none of those has a row in the current Canadian guide, so they are not listed here. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is the one most people mean by a Tim Hortons chocolate chip cookie, and at 310 calories it is lighter than any muffin on this page.
CookieChocolate Chunk Cookie
The one most people mean by a Tim Hortons chocolate chip cookie, and lighter than any muffin on this page.
CookiePeanut Butter Cookie
A classic cookie that can sit at the low price point of the cookie case.
Dream CookieReese's Minis Dream Cookie
The one Dream Cookie in the current guide, built with candy pieces baked in, at 31 grams of sugar.
BrownieDouble Chocolate Brownie
The sweetest item on this page at 39 grams of sugar. Two sources disagree on its price, so this card prints calories only.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Chocolate Chunk Cookie | $1.69 to $1.79 | 310 cal |
| Oatmeal Raisin Cookie | $1.79 | 290 cal |
| Peanut Butter Cookie | $1.49 to $1.79 | 320 cal |
| Reese’s Minis Dream Cookie | $2.29 | 350 cal |
| Double Chocolate Brownie | Not verified | 410 cal |
The brownie needs a plain note. At 410 calories and 39 grams of sugar it is the sweetest item on this page, and the guide is clear on that. Its price is not clear anywhere: one strong source prints $2.99 and a single store’s menu board reads $3.59, and the two do not agree, so this page prints no price for it rather than split the difference. The Oatmeal Raisin Cookie runs the other way: two sources agree on $1.79, but one of them prints 210 calories for it, a figure with no guide row behind it. The guide’s 290 is the figure printed here.
Croissants
The croissants are among the lightest standalone bakes in the case. The Plain Croissant is 260 calories, less than any bagel, muffin or cookie above, because the dough is mostly air and butter layers rather than a dense crumb. The Cheese Croissant keeps the same base and adds a cheese filling for 30 more calories. The Chocolate Croissant is the sweet one at 350 calories and 18 grams of sugar, level with the Reese’s Minis Dream Cookie.
CroissantPlain Croissant
Mostly air and butter layers, and lighter than any bagel, muffin or cookie on this page.
CroissantCheese Croissant
The plain croissant base with a cheese filling, 30 more calories than the Plain.
CroissantChocolate Croissant
The sweet croissant, with 18 grams of sugar.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Plain Croissant | $2.29 to $2.39 | 260 cal |
| Cheese Croissant | $2.49 to $2.69 | 290 cal |
| Chocolate Croissant | $2.49 to $2.69 | 350 cal |
The plain and cheese croissants also work as sandwich bases at breakfast, and the scrambled egg loaded croissants built on them sit on the breakfast page with their own guide rows.
Tea biscuits and savoury pastries
This is the small corner of the case most menu sites skip. The guide lists two tea biscuits, a cheese and a raisin, at 250 calories each. The Cheese Tea Biscuit carries 610 mg of sodium, high for a 250 calorie item, while the Raisin Tea Biscuit is the sweet one at 12 grams of sugar. Neither biscuit could be priced from two sources for this page (one source lists the raisin biscuit at $2.29, and one store board lists a tea biscuit at $2.69 without naming the flavour), so both run on calories only.
Tea BiscuitRaisin Tea Biscuit
The sweet tea biscuit, at 12 grams of sugar. Its price could not be checked across two sources, so this card prints calories only.
Savoury PastryHerb & Garlic Savoury Pastry
The one savoury pastry the official guide lists, and the lightest item on this page.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The two tea biscuits print calories only, because their prices could not be checked across two sources.
| Item | Price | Calories |
|---|---|---|
| Cheese Tea Biscuit | Not verified | 250 cal |
| Raisin Tea Biscuit | Not verified | 250 cal |
| Herb & Garlic Savoury Pastry | $2.99 | 240 cal |
The Herb & Garlic Savoury Pastry is the one savoury pastry the official guide lists, and at 240 calories it is the lightest standalone bake on this page. Four sources price it at $2.99. One honest gap: many stores also stock a Spinach & Feta Savoury Egg Pastry in this corner of the case, but the official guide prints no row for it, so no calorie count is given for it here. Other sites show 280 calories for it; that figure does not come from the guide.
Make it yours: the spread does the quiet damage
A bagel on its own is a plain start: 290 to 330 calories and very little fat. The spread is where the order changes. The guide lists seven toppings, and they split into three bands. Butter and the two jam packets are the light band at 60 calories each, though the jams bring 14 grams of sugar with them. The three cream cheeses sit at 100 calories each, and the plain and herb and garlic versions are the standard counter order. Peanut butter is the heavy band at 110 calories, and it is also the only spread that adds real protein, 3 grams on top of the bagel’s own.
ToppingPlain Cream Cheese
The standard counter spread, in the 100 calorie band with the other cream cheeses.
Spreads are priced as an add on at the till, not as separate menu lines, and no two sources price a single serving the same way, so these cards print the official calories only. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026.

The spreads are priced as an add on when you order, not as separate menu lines, and no two sources price a single serving the same way, so this table runs on the guide’s calories only. The builds below are simple sums of guide rows, and they show the spread at work. An Everything Bagel with plain cream cheese is 390 calories. A Plain Bagel with peanut butter is 400 calories and 12 grams of protein, the most filling plain build here. A Plain Bagel with butter stays at 350. A 12-Grain Bagel with strawberry cream cheese reaches 420, level with the Chocolate Chip Muffin. A Protein Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese is 380 calories and 22 grams of protein, the strongest protein build in the case that is not a sandwich.
One figure to ignore elsewhere: several sites list a Philadelphia cream cheese item at 640 calories. That is a take home tub sold in some stores, not the serving spread on your bagel. The guide’s serving is the 100 calorie figure in the table above.
