The Tim Hortons Iced Capp is the cold drink Canada orders most: coffee blended frozen with cream, sweet and smooth, in Small, Medium and Large. It has been on the board since 1999, and the lineup has grown around it, from the Light build made with milk to seasonal flavours like Pumpkin Spice and Biscoff. This page gives the price range, the official calorie count and the caffeine for every build, size by size.
Prices are shown as ranges. Tim Hortons does not charge one national price: what you pay depends on the restaurant and the price cluster it sits in, so a medium costs a bit more in one city than in another. The ranges below are the ones checked for this site in October 2026. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Where that guide prints no row for a flavour, this page says so instead of guessing. The Iced Capp is one family on a bigger board, and the full cold lineup sits on the Cold Drinks page.

The Iced Capp lineup
Eight builds sit on the cards below. The Original is the standard cup, and the Mocha and Vanilla are the two flavoured builds with full rows in the official guide. The OREO Double Stuf and the four seasonal flavours round out the cards. Two more builds have no card, because no photo of them exists in the set: the Light and the Caramel Toffee. Both sit in the table under the cards, with the same checked prices and the guide’s calories.
Iced CappCaramel Churro Iced Capp
The caramel churro flavour of the Iced Capp, blended frozen with cream. It has no row in the official guide, so this card shows the flavoured Iced Capp price band with calories not published.
BiscoffBiscoff Iced Capp
The Biscoff flavour of the Iced Capp, blended frozen with cream. It has no row in the official guide, so this card shows the flavoured Iced Capp price band with calories not published.
Iced CappChocolate Pistachio Iced Capp
The chocolate pistachio flavour of the Iced Capp, blended frozen with cream. It has no row in the official guide, so this card shows the flavoured Iced Capp price band with calories not published.
Iced CappMocha Iced Capp
The Iced Capp in a chocolate build, blended frozen with cream like the Original.
OREOOREO Double Stuf Iced Capp
The OREO cookie Iced Capp. A large runs to about 700 calories, a checked homepage figure; the official guide prints no OREO row, so no per size ladder is shown.
Iced CappOriginal Iced Capp
Coffee blended frozen with cream, on the board since 1999 and still the cold drink people picture first.
Iced CappPumpkin Spice Iced Capp
The pumpkin spice flavour of the Iced Capp, blended frozen with cream. It has no row in the official guide, so this card shows the flavoured Iced Capp price band with calories not published.
Iced CappVanilla Iced Capp
The vanilla Iced Capp, blended frozen with cream.
Prices are ranges checked on October 27, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The Caramel Churro, Biscoff, Chocolate Pistachio and Pumpkin Spice flavours have no row in that guide, so their cards show the flavoured Iced Capp price band with calories Not published.

Sugar is where the flavours pull apart. A Medium Original carries 42 grams of sugar on the guide, a Medium Mocha 72 grams and a Medium Vanilla 76 grams. The full sugar, fat and protein rows for every build sit on the Nutrition Facts page, and the whole menu with prices sits on the Prices page.
Caffeine is simpler. Tim Hortons publishes one set of figures for the drink, and it holds for every variety:
| Size | Caffeine, every variety |
|---|---|
| Small | 90 mg |
| Medium | 120 mg |
| Large | 150 mg |
The flavours with no published calories
Four card flavours run as limited or seasonal cups: Caramel Churro, Biscoff, Chocolate Pistachio and Pumpkin Spice. Their cards price them on the flavoured band, $3.99 to $4.29 for a Small, $4.49 to $4.79 for a Medium and $4.99 to $5.49 for a Large, and their calories read Not published, because the official guide prints no rows for them. Any calorie count for these flavours on another site has no guide behind it.
The OREO Double Stuf sits between the two groups. It is priced about the same as the other flavours, and it carries one checked figure: about 700 calories for a Large, the highest count of any drink sold at Tims. The guide prints no OREO row, so no per size ladder is shown for it here or on its card.
Making an Iced Capp lighter
The Light build swaps the cream for 2% milk, and the drop is large: 170, 210 and 270 calories by size, against 260, 330 and 430 for the Original, at the same price. Asking for milk instead of cream in a standard cup does the same job. Sizing down is the other plain lever: a Small Original gives up 170 calories against a Large.
Every build on this page carries dairy, cream in the standard cups and milk in the Light. If dairy is a concern for you, the Allergens page lists every build against the official allergen guide.
Caffeine and your day
An Iced Capp carries less caffeine than a brewed coffee of the same size at every step. A Medium brewed Original Blend holds 205 mg against the Medium Iced Capp at 120 mg, and even a Large Iced Capp at 150 mg sits below it. Health Canada sets the recommended maximum at 400 mg a day for healthy adults and 300 mg a day for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, so one Iced Capp of any size fits inside a day’s limit on its own. The full chart for every drink is on the Caffeine Guide page.
The rest of the cold board
The Iced Capp leads the cold menu, but it is one family on it. Iced coffee, cold brew, iced lattes, Quenchers and frozen lemonade sit with it on the Cold Drinks page, and every drink on the board appears with its price on the Full Menu page.
FAQs
The figures Tim Hortons publishes for the drink are 90 mg in a Small, 120 mg in a Medium and 150 mg in a Large, and the same figures hold for every variety, plain or flavoured. That is less than a brewed coffee of the same size at every step.
Yes. The standard builds are coffee blended frozen with cream, and cream is dairy. The Light build swaps the cream for 2% milk, which is also dairy, so the swap cuts calories rather than removing dairy: a Small drops from 260 to 170 calories, at the same price.
No decaf build is listed. The official guide prints five builds, Original, Light, Mocha, Vanilla and Caramel Toffee, and every one is made with coffee. For a cold cup with no coffee at all, the Quencher family on the Cold Drinks page holds no coffee.
The store drink is coffee blended frozen with cream. Nothing is poured over ice: the whole cup is blended, like a frozen coffee slush. The Light build swaps the cream for milk and drops the count, from 260 to 170 calories in a Small, at the same price.
Older posts quote different numbers, including 305 calories for the base alone in an app and 360 for a medium on an old website. The current official guide, the Canadian Edition of July 2026, lists the Original at 260 calories in a Small, 330 in a Medium and 430 in a Large. Those guide numbers are the ones printed on this page.
No. The caffeine comes from the coffee the drink is blended from, and Tim Hortons publishes one figure for every variety: 90, 120 and 150 mg by size. A flavoured build changes the calories, a Medium Vanilla runs 540 against 330 for the Original, but not the caffeine.
The Iced Capp runs lower at every size. The published figures for a brewed Original Blend are 140 mg in a Small, 205 mg in a Medium, 270 mg in a Large and 330 mg in an Extra Large. A Large Iced Capp at 150 mg sits just above a Small coffee and well below a Medium.
It can. Caffeine is a stimulant, and Health Canada lists insomnia among the effects of taking in too much. A Large holds 150 mg, so if caffeine late in the day keeps you up, an Iced Capp is a morning or early afternoon drink rather than an evening one.
Health Canada sets the limit in pregnancy at 300 mg of caffeine a day. A Large Iced Capp holds 150 mg, half that limit, and a Small holds 90 mg. Tea, cola and chocolate count toward the same 300 mg, so read the cup against the whole day.
Size is the lever that works. No decaf build is listed, and the published figure is one per size for every variety, so a Small at 90 mg is the low caffeine order and a Large at 150 mg is the high one. Swapping cream for milk, the Light build, cuts calories only; it does not change the caffeine.
