The Tim Hortons iced latte is the espresso side of the cold board: espresso and cold milk poured over ice, in Small, Medium and Large. Fourteen builds sit on the cards below, from the plain Original through the protein cups to an iced chai and an Iced Americano with no milk in it at all. This page gives the price range and the official calorie count for every build the guide covers, and says so plainly where Tim Hortons has published nothing.
Prices are shown as ranges. Tim Hortons does not charge one national price: what you pay depends on the restaurant and the price cluster it sits in, so a medium costs a bit more in one city than in another. The ranges below are the ones checked for this site in October 2026. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Iced lattes are one family on a bigger board, and the full cold lineup sits on the Cold Drinks page.

Builds on the cards: 14
The iced latte lineup
Fourteen builds sit on the cards below. Two carry a checked price ladder: the Original and the Unsweetened. Three print guide calories with no verified price: the Original Protein, the Protein with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup and the Iced Chai Latte. The other nine have no rows in the official guide, so their cards show Varies by store and Not published rather than a borrowed figure. The set runs from the plain espresso and milk cups to flavoured builds like Vanilla, Mocha and Brown Sugar, two flavoured protein cups, a protein chai, and the Iced Americano.
Tea LatteProtein Iced Chai Latte
The protein build of the iced chai latte. The guide prints an Iced Chai Latte row but no protein chai row, so its price and calories are not published.

Prices are ranges checked on October 27, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The Original Iced Latte, the protein cups and the Iced Chai Latte print guide calories; the protein and chai prices have not been verified in store. The flavoured lattes, the Iced Americano and the Protein Iced Chai Latte have no guide rows, so their cards show Varies by store and Not published.

The last three rows print calories only: their in store prices have not been verified, so no price is shown for them here or on their cards. Sugar is where the two priced builds pull apart. A Medium Original carries 31 grams of sugar on the guide, against 11 grams in a Medium Unsweetened, and that gap is the sweetener, because the milk in both cups is the same. The full sugar, fat and protein rows for every build sit on the Nutrition Facts page, and the whole menu with prices sits on the Prices page.
The protein cups
The protein builds are the newer end of the lineup. The guide prints full rows for two of them: the Original Protein at 160, 230 and 310 calories by size, and the Protein with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup at 120, 160 and 220. Both carry 12 grams of protein in a Small, 17 in a Medium and 23 in a Large, against 6, 8 and 10 grams in the standard Original. Their prices have not been verified in store, so the cards and the table above print their calories only. The two flavoured protein builds and the protein chai have no guide rows at all, and they sit in the next section.
The builds with no published figures
Nine cards carry no price ladder and no calorie count: Vanilla, Mocha, Brown Sugar, Caramel Churro and Pumpkin Spice, the Brown Sugar Protein and Chocolate Pistachio Protein builds, the Protein Iced Chai Latte, and the Iced Americano. The official guide prints no rows for any of them, so their cards read Varies by store with calories Not published. Any price or calorie figure for these builds on another site has no guide behind it.
Making an iced latte lighter
The Unsweetened build is the plain lever. It costs the same as the Original at every size and cuts the count by about 40 percent, from 150 to 90 calories in a Small, because the sweetener is left out: sugar drops from 22 grams to 9 in a Small, and the 9 that remain come with the milk itself. The Protein with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup runs lower still on sugar, at 5, 8 and 10 grams by size. Sizing down is the other lever: a Small Original gives up 100 calories against a Large.
Every latte build on this page is made with milk, so every one of them carries dairy. The Iced Americano is the one cup in the set with no milk in it. If dairy is a concern for you, the Allergens page lists the drinks against the official allergen guide.
Caffeine in an iced latte
Tim Hortons publishes one figure for the drink: a Medium Iced Latte carries 205 mg of caffeine, and a Medium Mocha Iced Latte is 215 mg. No figure is published for a Small or a Large, and none for the protein or seasonal builds, so this page prints no ladder and fills in no gaps. A Medium brewed Original Blend sits at the same 205 mg. Health Canada sets the recommended maximum at 400 mg a day for healthy adults and 300 mg a day for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, so one Medium iced latte sits at about half the adult limit. The full chart for every drink is on the Caffeine Guide page.
The rest of the cold board
The iced lattes lead the espresso side of the cold menu, but they are one family on it. The Iced Capp, iced coffee, cold brew, Quenchers and frozen lemonade sit with them on the Cold Drinks page, and every drink on the board appears with its price on the Full Menu page.
