Tim Hortons Loaded Bowls Menu in Canada

Tim Hortons loaded bowls are the lunch board’s grain bowl line: the same fillings as the Loaded Wraps, served on a grain base in a bowl instead of a tortilla. Two sauces run through the line, cilantro lime and habanero, and each sauce comes in a chicken build and a veggie build. This page pairs the bowls with the flatbread pizzas, the other half of the Bowls & Pizza group in the menu, because the two are too small to carry a page each: five bowl cards and four pizza cards sit below.

Prices on the priced cards are the figures the Lunch hub cross-checked against at least two independent Canadian sources in October 2026, and calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Two of the nine cards have no row in the guide, so this page prints Not published for their calories rather than a number borrowed from another site. The full lunch board, wraps, sandwiches, soups and sides included, sits on the Lunch hub.

The veggie bowl carries more calories than the chicken bowl with the same sauce, because the build differs.

$7.99 to $8.99Cals: 570

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The Chipotle Steak and BBQ Crispy Chicken loaded bowls carry prices confirmed by Tim Hortons in October 2026 and no guide calories, so their cards print prices only.

Four of the five bowl cards are the standard builds. The Cilantro Lime Chicken Loaded Bowl is $8.99 to $9.99 at 550 calories, and the Habanero Chicken Loaded Bowl is $8.99 to $9.99 at 530 calories, the lightest bowl in the guide. Both chicken bowls carry 34 grams of protein. The veggie builds cost a dollar less, at $7.99 to $8.99: the Cilantro Lime Veggie Loaded Bowl at 570 calories and the Habanero Veggie Loaded Bowl at 550.

The veggie bowls read higher on calories than the chicken bowls, 570 and 550 against 550 and 530, because their grain base is heavier: 73 and 72 grams of carbs against 41 and 40 on the chicken builds, while protein drops to 12 grams. The guide also prints two crispy chicken bowls, at 710 calories for the cilantro lime build and 690 for the habanero, exactly 160 calories above the standard chicken bowl in each sauce. Their prices could not be cross-checked, since the sources behind this page disagreed on them, so the crispy bowls sit in the table below with no card and no price.

The fifth card is the BBQ Crispy Chicken Loaded Bowl at $9.99, a price Tim Hortons confirmed in October 2026; the guide prints no row for it, so the card carries the price only. One more bowl belongs in this section for the record: the Chipotle Steak Loaded Bowl, a limited time item Tim Hortons brought back in October 2026 and cross-checked at $9.99. It has no guide row either, so it gets no card and no calorie figure here. Loaded bowls and Loaded Wraps have shared the lunch board since 2022.

The table is the full guide set for bowls: the four standard builds and the two crispy builds. The two crispy rows have no cards, for the price reason given above, and the two price-only bowls, BBQ Crispy Chicken and Chipotle Steak, sit outside the table because the guide prints no figures for them.

The flatbread pizzas

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The guide prints rows for three flatbread pizzas only. The Bacon Everything build has no row in that guide, so its card publishes no figures.

Flatbread pizzas are the newer half of this page. Tim Hortons tested them for two years in cities including Winnipeg, Calgary and Mississauga, then took them national in 2024 to draw in afternoon and dinner orders. The guide prints three of the four pizzas on the board. The Simply Cheese Flatbread Pizza is the cheapest card on this page at $6.99, and the lightest pizza in the guide at 630 calories, with 31 grams of protein. The Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza is $7.99 at 750 calories, and the Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza is $7.99 at 760 calories, with 48 grams of protein, the highest protein figure for any lunch item in the guide.

Salt is the number to watch on the pizzas. The Pepperoni carries 1,910 mg of sodium and the Chicken Parmesan 1,890 mg, against a daily value of 2,300 mg, so one pizza takes up most of a day’s salt before anything else is added. The standard bowls run lower, at 1,100 to 1,400 mg. The fourth card, the Bacon Everything Flatbread Pizza, prints no figures at all: the guide has no row for it and no cross-checked price exists, so its card reads Varies by store and Not published. Other sites print numbers for it, but none of those numbers trace back to the guide, so they are not repeated here.

Bowls or pizza?

On price, the pizzas sit a step below the bowls: $6.99 to $7.99 against $7.99 to $9.99. On calories the order flips. The four standard bowls run 530 to 570 calories, below every pizza in the guide at 630 to 760, and only the two crispy bowls, at 690 and 710, land inside the pizza range. A standard bowl is the lighter lunch; a pizza is the bigger one.

For protein, the chicken bowls are the steady pick at 34 grams each, the veggie bowls the light pick at 12 grams, and the Chicken Parmesan pizza the biggest single figure on the page at 48 grams. For sodium, the pizzas are the saltiest group here at 1,590 to 1,910 mg, above the crispy bowls at 1,350 to 1,500 mg and the standard bowls at 1,100 to 1,400 mg.

If the bowl fillings sound familiar, they are the Loaded Wrap fillings without the tortilla. The chicken bowls read 30 to 40 calories under the matching wraps, 550 against 590 in cilantro lime and 530 against 560 in habanero. The Lunch Wraps page carries the wrapped versions, card by card.

More at lunch

The bowls and pizzas sit inside a bigger lunch board. The Lunch hub carries the wraps, sandwiches, soups, chili and sides that share the board with them, and the hours for that board are on the Lunch Hours page. For the whole menu in one place, see the Full Menu, and for every item’s price side by side, the Prices page. Full nutrition for all 346 items in the official guide is on the Nutrition Facts page, and any bowl or pizza can be built into a full meal on the Nutrition Calculator page. Allergen detail for every item on this page is on the Allergens page.

That is the changeover point at most stores, when the board moves from breakfast to lunch. It is the point in the day when the loaded bowls and flatbread pizzas on this page come on, and the lunch board then runs to close.

No standing lunch special sits on the board. Tim Hortons runs time limited offers instead: the current public offers are tracked on the Deals page, and the app carries offers of its own, covered on the App page. Check both before ordering a bowl or a pizza.

Yes. Tims Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program: scan the app or your card when you order and points build toward free menu items. The App page walks through how the program and the app work.
