Tim Hortons soups and sides are the warm corner of the lunch board. The official guide files six soups and a chili in one group and two sides in another, and the set runs from a 100 calorie cup of Cream of Broccoli to a Large chili at 430 calories with 27 grams of protein. Chicken Noodle is the standing soup, the one Tim Hortons names first on its own store pages, and the other five flavours rotate as the soup of the day. Beside the bowls sit the potato wedges, made with Canadian potatoes, and the soup bun that comes with a bowl.
Prices on this page follow the same rules as the rest of the site. One price line covers all six soups in both sizes, cross-checked for the Lunch hub against at least two independent Canadian sources in October 2026: $4.49 to $4.99 for a Regular and $5.99 to $6.49 for a Large. Chili is priced apart, and the wedges are the cheapest item on the lunch board. Calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Two of the six cards here, the Garlic Bread and the Craveables Meal Bundle, have no row in that guide, so they show no figures rather than a number borrowed from another site. The rest of the lunch board, sandwiches, wraps, loaded bowls and flatbread pizzas, sits on the Lunch hub.

The soups, chili and sides
SoupChicken Noodle Soup
The one soup on the board all day. Figures shown are a Regular pour; switch the card to Large for the bigger cup.
ChiliChili
Beef and bean chili, with 19 grams of protein in a Regular and 27 grams in a Large.
SoupSoup
The rotating soup of the day. Six soups share one price line; the table on this page lists every flavour with its own calories.
BundleCraveables Meal Bundle (Serves 2)
A two person bundle from the Craveables line. No verified bundle price is published here.
SideGarlic Bread
A side from the lunch board. The July 2026 guide carries no garlic bread row, so no calories are published for it.
SidePotato Wedges
Made with Canadian potatoes, and the natural side for a soup or chili.
Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. All six soups share one price line, and the soup cards switch between a Regular and a Large pour. The Craveables Meal Bundle and Garlic Bread have no rows in that guide, so their cards publish no figures.
The six cards split the section the way the counter does. Chicken Noodle has a card of its own because it is the standing soup. One Soup card covers the rotating soup of the day, switching between the same Regular and Large prices, with the calorie range running by whichever flavour is on. Chili has its own card because it is priced apart from the soups and built on beef and beans rather than a broth. The wedges and the garlic bread close the set as the two dry sides, and the bundle card serves two.
The table below is the full guide set: all six soups in both sizes, the chili, and the two items the guide files under Sides. The Potato Wedges and the Soup Bun sit in the table because the guide lists them with figures. The Garlic Bread and the Craveables Meal Bundle stay cards only, because the guide prints no row for either one and no price was cross-checked for them, so there is nothing honest to put in a cell.

One thing the table cannot show: your store will not pour all six soups today. Stores run a soup of the day, so one or two flavours are on at a time, and which ones changes by day and by restaurant. Tim Hortons’ own store pages name the same short range a given day tends to look like, Chicken Noodle, Cream of Broccoli and Chili, and say the chili goes great with the potato wedges, which is the classic order at this end of the counter.
The light end of lunch, and where it stops being light
This page holds the lightest full items at lunch. A Regular Cream of Broccoli or Garden Minestrone is 100 calories, less than any sandwich, wrap or bowl on the board. The Garden Minestrone is the standout of the two: it is the only soup in the guide with 0 mg of cholesterol, it carries 6 grams of fibre, more than any other soup, and at 590 mg it has the lowest sodium of the six Regular pours. Pair a Regular Garden Minestrone with the potato wedges and the whole order is 270 calories, the lightest full lunch this site can build from the guide.
The chili is the other end of the section, and it is a meal rather than a side. A Regular is 310 calories with 19 grams of protein, more protein than any soup pours at either size, and a Large runs 430 calories with 27 grams, up with the lighter sandwiches on protein. The richest soup is the Potato Bacon, at 220 calories for a Regular and 310 for a Large, so a Large Potato Bacon lands exactly where a Regular chili does on calories, with about half the protein.
Sodium is the quiet number on this page. The six soups sit between 590 and 820 mg in a Regular pour, the Potato Bacon reaches 1,150 mg in a Large, and the Large chili reaches 1,270 mg, over half of the 2,300 mg daily value Health Canada uses. The sides run milder: the wedges sit at 520 mg and the soup bun is the lowest sodium item here at 400 mg. If you are counting sodium, a Regular soup with the bun is a gentler order than any Large pour on the board.
More at lunch
The soups and sides are one group on a bigger board. The Lunch hub carries the sandwiches, wraps, Loaded Bowls and flatbread pizzas these bowls sit beside, and the Lunch Hours page covers when that board comes on. For the whole menu in one place, see the Full Menu, and for every item’s price side by side, the Prices page. Full nutrition for all 346 items in the official guide is on the Nutrition Facts page, and allergen detail for every soup and side is on the Allergens page.
