Tim Hortons Lunch Sandwiches Menu in Canada

Tim Hortons lunch sandwiches are the hot half of the lunch board: clubs, melts and Craveables that come on when the board changes over late morning. The official guide files eight sandwiches in one group and two grilled cheese melts in another, and the set runs from the 450 calorie Steak Craveable at $4.99 to the Crispy Chicken Sandwich at 660 calories. The Turkey Bacon Club is the name most people order by, and the Supreme Stack is the biggest build of the line.

Prices on this page are the Lunch hub’s cross-checked figures, each one agreed by at least two independent Canadian sources in October 2026, and calories come from one source only, the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. Four of the eleven cards here have no row in that guide, so they show Varies by store and Not published rather than a number borrowed from another site, and three guide sandwiches have no card, so the table below carries them instead. The rest of the lunch board, wraps, loaded bowls, flatbread pizzas, soups and sides, sits on the Lunch hub.

Prices are ranges checked on October 28, 2026, because Tim Hortons prices vary by restaurant. Calories come from the official Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, July 2026. The Garden Vegetable, Turkey Avocado Club, Turkey Melt and Tuscan Caprese builds have no rows in that guide, so their cards publish no figures.

Seven of the eleven cards carry guide figures. The Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich is the club build of the board, at $6.99 to $7.49 and 550 calories with 27 grams of protein. The BLT Sandwich is the lightest of the full size builds at 490 calories, priced $5.99 to $6.29, and the Steak & Cheddar Sandwich runs $7.29 to $7.49 at 560 calories with 30 grams of protein. The two melts sit in their own guide group: the Grilled Cheese Melt at $5.79 and 560 calories, and the Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt at $7.19 to $7.29 and 650.

The Craveables are the value end of the board. The Steak Craveable is the lightest sandwich in the guide at 450 calories, the Crispy Chicken Craveable runs 470, and both sit at $4.99, the lowest sandwich price the hub cross-check found. The other four cards, the Garden Vegetable Artisan Sandwich, the Turkey Avocado Club, the Turkey Melt and the Tuscan Caprese, have no row in the July 2026 guide, so their cards print no figures at all. Rival sites do print calorie counts for two of them, one alongside a sodium figure of 0 mg, which is reason enough to leave those cells empty here.

The table below is the full guide set: all eight sandwiches and both melts, each with its cross-checked price. Three of its rows have no card. The Ham & Cheddar Sandwich is $5.99 at 520 calories, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich is the heaviest sandwich in the guide at 660 calories and $7.29 to $7.49, and the Supreme Stack Sandwich tops the price line at $8.99.

The Supreme Stack is the one build here with an official launch story. Tim Hortons brought it out across Canada in June 2025 as a made to order sandwich finished in the oven: seasoned steak and double smoked bacon with caramelized onions, cheddar, mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses, and a creamy peppercorn sauce on a potato bun, per the company’s own launch release. In the guide it runs 620 calories with 36 grams of protein, the most protein of any sandwich on this page. One rival prints it at 494 calories; the guide figure is the one used here.

Where the sandwiches sit: light, heavy and salty

On calories the line splits into three bands. The Craveables sit at the bottom, 450 and 470. The middle runs from the BLT at 490 through the Ham & Cheddar at 520, the Turkey Bacon Club at 550 and the two 560 calorie builds, the Steak & Cheddar and the Grilled Cheese Melt. The top band is the Supreme Stack at 620, the Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt at 650 and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich at 660. A Steak Craveable is the lightest hot sandwich this board sells; a Crispy Chicken Sandwich is a full meal on its own.

Protein tells a different order. The Supreme Stack leads at 36 grams and the Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt is next at 35, ahead of the Steak & Cheddar at 30 and the Grilled Cheese Melt at 28. The Turkey Bacon Club carries 27 grams. The BLT is the light build on both counts, at 490 calories and 16 grams of protein, the lowest protein figure in the guide’s sandwich and melt rows.

Sodium is the number to watch on this page, and the melts own it. The Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt reaches 1,920 mg, the highest sodium figure on the whole lunch board, and the plain Grilled Cheese Melt sits at 1,550 mg. Among the sandwiches the Supreme Stack runs 1,670 mg and the Turkey Bacon Club 1,440 mg, against the 2,300 mg daily value Health Canada uses. At the gentle end, the BLT at 940 mg and the Crispy Chicken Craveable at 960 mg are the only two builds on this page under 1,000 mg.

More at lunch

The sandwiches are one group on a bigger board. The Lunch hub carries the wraps, Loaded Bowls, flatbread pizzas, soups and sides that share the board with them, and the wrapped side of lunch is covered card by card on the Lunch Wraps page. The Lunch Hours page covers when that board comes on. For the whole menu in one place, see the Full Menu, and for every item’s price side by side, the Prices page. Full nutrition for all 346 items in the official guide is on the Nutrition Facts page, and allergen detail for every sandwich and melt is on the Allergens page.

FAQs

At about 11:00 AM at most stores. Tim Hortons publishes no single national lunch start time; the lunch board comes on late morning and then runs through dinner to close. The sandwiches on this page are part of that board, and the Lunch Hours page covers the timing in full.

No. The lunch board, sandwiches included, comes on at about 11:00 AM at most stores. Before that point in the day the board is breakfast and baked goods. Once the board is on, it stays on until the store closes.

Yes, on the same menu. There is no separate dinner menu and no dinner only item: the lunch board, sandwiches included, runs from about 11:00 AM through the evening to close. What changes later in the day is stock, not the list.

The lunch board carries sandwiches, wraps, loaded bowls, flatbread pizzas, soups and chili, and sides such as potato wedges. This page covers the sandwiches and the grilled cheese melts; the Lunch hub carries the whole board with prices and guide calories, group by group.

No standing lunch special sits on the board. The value end is built in: the two Craveables are $4.99 each, the lowest sandwich price the cross check found. Tim Hortons also runs time limited offers, tracked on the Deals page, and the app carries offers of its own, covered on the App page.

Yes. Tims Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program: scan the app or your card when you order and points build toward free menu items. The App page walks through how the program and the app work.

At most stores the board changes over at about 11:00 AM, which is when the lunch board, sandwiches included, comes on. Tim Hortons publishes no single national breakfast end time either, and the Breakfast Hours page sets out what the official sources support.

There is a bundle on the lunch board: the Craveables Meal Bundle, built for two, from the same Craveables line as the two $4.99 sandwiches on this page. No in store bundle price could be cross-checked for this site, so the bundle carries no price; its card sits on the Soups & Sides page.

That is the changeover point at most stores, when the board moves from breakfast to lunch. It is the point in the day when the sandwiches on this page come on, and the lunch board then runs to close.

It is the Tuscan Caprese, the caprese style build on the lunch board and one of the four cards on this page with no published figures. Tim Hortons does not print it in the July 2026 Nutrition Guide, so no official calories exist for it, and no price for it could be cross-checked, which is why its card reads Varies by store and Not published. Rival sites print a calorie count for it, one of them alongside a sodium figure of 0 mg; neither figure traces back to the guide.
